Introduction from the Founder

To better combat slavery and human trafficking, RES Academy Company is dedicated to making changes to our procedures. We endeavor to conduct ourselves professionally and with integrity, and we have a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery. Ensuring that there is no modern slavery present in any of our supply chains or in any of our business operations and partnerships. Additionally, we will make sure that our partner organizations understand our strategy and position.

Our modest limited company's main business is the provision of software licensing and training.

 

Our policies on anti-slavery and human trafficking

We are dedicated to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business, including our supply chains. Our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships is reflected in our Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. We are also committed to implementing and enforcing efficient systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur anywhere within the RES Academy Company or our supply chains.

Any violation of our anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking policy will be taken very seriously. Any employee who violates the policy, for instance, will face disciplinary action, which may result in their termination for misconduct or gross misconduct.

 

Supplier adherence to our values and ethics

Our supplier code of conduct, which outlines the moral standards we demand, is something we make sure all our contracted suppliers are aware of and agree with. No matter if they are the chosen supplier or not, all vendors taking part in tenders for new pieces of work are aware of our ethical standards.

 

Our continued commitment

We know how important it is to stay vigilant to find and identify any address issues related to internal slavery and human trafficking and in our supply chain. We strive to keep improving our ability to identify, prevent or mitigate actual or potential risks in these areas. This includes communicating with employees through various channels. We also provide opportunities to report concerns through serious concerns and whistleblowing process.
